What this site collects
The marketing site at particulars.ca uses no analytics, sets no cookies, and embeds no third-party scripts. The contact form transmits the information you enter to Sudohuman Labs by email, and retains it only for as long as needed to reply. IP addresses are used transiently to rate-limit form submissions and are not stored.
What the platform collects
The Particulars platform — the disclosure and matter management product — is operated by Sudohuman Labs Inc. as a service provider under the BC Personal Information Protection Act. The full data-processing addendum will be available at firm onboarding and is summarized on the compliance page.
